The home automation system will manage the main elements of the homes, including access, lighting, climate control, blinds, energy consumption, air quality, and multimedia systems, extending also to common areas.
Through an app, users can easily reserve common spaces, selecting parameters such as temperature, lighting, and music, and modify them during use. Each reservation will generate exclusive access via PIN, with prior notifications and a control panel to check its status.
The system will also enable centralized management of facilities such as the pool, sauna, Turkish bath, cellar, gastroteca, or multi-purpose rooms, optimizing their operation and user experience.
The video intercom, based on SIP technology, will feature touch screens both in the homes and in the reception, as well as access control via facial recognition. These interfaces will also allow comprehensive control of the home automation and internal communication.
Furthermore, the app will integrate the security system, providing real-time alerts on incidents in the building and allowing the user to monitor its status. Videoc surveillance, technical alarms, and access to common areas will be managed by concierge, ensuring efficient control of the entire system.
